Terms & Conditions – KML Beauty

By booking an appointment with KML Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking channels. A confirmation will be sent once your booking is successfully scheduled.

2. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost. Full payment is due at the time of your appointment unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made in advance via the website, in cash at the location or through PayPal.

3. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit.
Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings or may result in being pemanently blocked from future bookings with KML Beauty.

4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment as we do not have a waiting area, If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit or full payment will be retained. Please be on time to ensure you receive your full service.

5. Health & Safety
Clients must inform us prior to booking if they're using retinol, accutane or any active skincare treatments that may cause skin sensitivity or irritation, as well as any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns. KML Beauty is not responsible for reactions if this information is not disclosed.

6. Results Disclaimer
Results may vary depending on individual skin types, hair types, and aftercare. We do not guarantee identical results for every client.

7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in cases of inappropriate behavior, health risks, or non-compliance with our policies.

8. Changes to Terms
KML Beauty reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
